We really spent a great day with John and Chris (El Vikingo), this proffesional guides know how to fish. We hook and land at least 25 Golden Dorado, all of them from 2 to 5 pounds. Not big... but lot of fun.

"Pablo sent us plentiful information about the excursion well ahead of time and all questions were quickly answered by e-mail. We were picked up at the hotel on time and as agreed and the drive to the San Pedro and Rio Parana was pleasant. We were met by Pablo's friend at the Marina who expertly drove the boat "El Gringo" up the river to the best fishing spots. Our hosts know the area very well and knew exactly where to drive depending on the weather, wind and currents to make the most of the day. We caught several dorados and pirayas, and one very nice size golden dorado of 5-6 kilos (?). They cooked us an excellent Argentinian barbecue for lunch - very basic, but also very tasty. All in all a relaxing, very enjoyable and completely safe excursion."
